The festival has partnered with the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber, Jefferson County Chamber, and the Berkeley County Development Authority to host a new event this year called Handshakes at the Harvest. This event will serve as a networking opportunity and business expo, bringing together professionals and community leaders from across the region.
