Bid on Blue-Ribbon Pies

The Apple Pie Baking Contest is judged Friday — then on Sunday, the Grand Prize pie and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place pies from each division go to the highest bidders at the fairgrounds’ main Indoor Arena.

• Businesses and individuals are invited to attend and bid
• Duke Edwards of Edwards Auction Services lends his talents at the mic
• Winning bakers help auction their own pies
• All other entered pies are sold for $10 each throughout the weekend — proceeds benefit the festival
