Launched in partnership with the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, Berkeley County Development Authority, and Jefferson County Development Authority, this signature networking event brings together business professionals, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and agricultural advocates just before the festival’s official start.
